Analyst

Job Description
The Analyst provides key inputs to senior associates that drive the final recommendations to our clients. The Analyst participates in all aspects of our consulting engagements, including research, analysis, modeling, strategy development and delivery of final presentations.

The Analyst will conduct trends analysis of technologies and business activities in our sector, develop quantitative market sizing, and will be highly resourceful in gathering the necessary intelligence and data to feed RCBG analysis.

Analysts typically participate on 2-3 projects at a time, and work as key members of project teams (2-4 persons) in developing strategies for products, market entry and market expansion. This is a mid-level position with immediate and accelerated opportunity to grow into the Associate level.

Qualifications
We ask that candidates address their qualifications in the following areas:

Industry Experience - in one or more of the following fields

• Management consulting, investment banking analysis, equity research, technology market research
• Industry experience with communications service and technology providers

Educational & Personal Qualifications

• BS or BA in business, finance or engineering with 1-3 years experience is required.
• Superb analytical skills, balanced with excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to conduct primary research through direct market contact and collection
• Sound presentation skills, with experience in written and verbal delivery to client-side senior management
• Solid relationship-building and networking capabilities
• Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and insightful individual
• Ability to review large amounts of information and quickly distill what matters

Job Terms

Compensation: Competitive compensation consisting of base salary plus performance bonuses and year-end profit-sharing.
